About
Dr Brenda A. Riemer is a professor of Sport Management, and coordinates the Sport Management graduate program at Eastern. Her research interests include diversity issues in sport, volunteer motivation, collegiate sport, and Title IX. She has presented at more than 50 national and international conferences, and is an active researcher. She is on the editorial board for the Journal of Sport Behavior and has reviewed for other academic journals. Dr. Riemer is treasurer of both the North American Society for the Sociology of Sport and The Drake Group. She has also been a coordinator of the Teaching and Learning Fair for the North American Society for Sport Management.
