YPSILANTI – Eastern Michigan University's MBA program has been named among the nation's “Best Part-Time MBA Programs” by Fortune in its 2021 ranking.

This is the first time Fortune ranked MBA programs in the United States. The magazine ranked 70 national programs based on data collected from companies and executives. According to Fortune, the MBA programs reflect top-notch curriculums and access to world-class business school professors, who have a track-record of seeing their alumni climb to the tops of the Fortune 500 world.

“From the Fortune 500 to the magazine's prestigious business-school rankings, recognition by this prestigious publication continues to be a coveted distinction,” said Kenneth Lord, dean for EMU’s College of Business. “Being recognized as one of only two part-time MBA programs in the state of Michigan to make Fortune's list of the best for 2022 speaks volumes about the quality of the Eastern MBA degree and the career attainments of its recipients.”

“We are thrilled to see this high-profile external ranking confirming the constant efforts of our outstanding faculty and staff to deliver on our mission-based commitment to develop outstanding business professionals through a rigorous, applied educational experience,” Lord added.
