As a part of efforts to continue fostering a positive and engaging University community, Eastern Michigan University is launching an employee survey. The Empower You, Build Us initiative provides an opportunity for all community members to voice their opinions, contribute to collective growth and success, and create a more supportive and inclusive environment at EMU.

The survey will launch on Feb. 12, 2024.

The survey will be sent to regular (non-temporary) employees via email. Each employee will have a unique link. Employees will have 11 days to complete the survey.

To help collect authentic feedback, the University has partnered with a third-party expert, Workforce Science Associates (WSA), to ensure that all responses remain anonymous. No one at EMU will have access to information revealing the identity of any employee who completes the survey. Designated divisional and unit leaders will only be provided aggregated data based upon a minimum participation threshold.
