Ildiko (Ildi) Porter-Szucs is Associate Professor of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL, ESL, EFL) in the Department of World Languages at Eastern Michigan University. She writes and presents on issues of teacher formation, second-language-teaching pedagogy, second- and foreign-language assessment. She is former President of the Michigan Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (MITESOL). She is co-founder of the Polish Language Center of Ann Arbor.
