Megan L. Endres has an MBA and PhD in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior, Decision Making and Gender Issues in Management. She is the Cooper Chair of Leadership in the Department of Management. Dr. Endres has published over 20 journal articles and over 20 conference presentations in her fields of specialization. She has been at EMU for 18 years and was a consultant in organizational research and analysis for 5 years prior.
