YPSILANTI -- More than 30 companies, incuding industry leaders such as Consumers Energy, DTE Energy, General Dynamics and Quicken Loans, will participate in a job fair at Eastern Michigan University on Thursday, October 12 from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Student Center Ballroom. The job fair is for students seeking opportunities in information technology (IT) and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers.
As part of the program, students will be able to experience a "Ready Room" where Eastern Michigan alumni and employers will provide an opportunity for students to practice their handshake, employer greeting and interview skills prior to participating in the fair.
