YPSILANTI – The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) program in the Eastern Michigan University program in the College of Business has again been highly ranked in the annual list of top online graduate business programs compiled by the U.S. News and World Report.
The IMC Program ranked 60th in the country, and second in Michigan, in the category of non-MBA master’s programs. The rankings included hundreds of colleges out of the more than 2,500 four-year degree-granting institutions in the United States. Only two other Michigan universities were listed among the top 100 in the rankings.
At the cusp of dynamic change
“Few business functions have been transformed more thoroughly by the digital revolution than marketing,” said Kenneth Lord, dean of the College of Business at EMU. “We in the College of Business are immensely proud of the state-of-the art education afforded by our fully online Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications program, and thrilled to see it rise from year to year in US News & World Report's elite ranking.
“From our highly ranked graduate program to our dynamic Center for Digital Engagement, with its annual Digital Marketing Workshop and Summer Clinic, Eastern Michigan University and its elite marketing faculty are at the cusp of the dynamic changes that are driving the future of our economy, here in Southeastern Michigan and around the world.”
Learning to maximize brand value
The graduate program in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) at Eastern Michigan engages an interactive approach to serve professionals seeking advanced knowledge, training and experience in integrating and coordinating all marketing communications messages and vehicles in order to build a powerful brand image and maximize brand value for commercial and not-for-profit organizations.
The program is delivered conveniently online to provide anytime, anywhere access to courses and materials in a 7.5-week class scheduling format.
