About the program: Tried and true recruiting practices aren’t working. Traditional jobs are disappearing, new job categories are emerging, and employment technologies are evolving at an exponential pace. The automation of work makes it seem like science fiction is taking over the workplace. The end result is that the transformation of jobs and competition for qualified workers is both terrifying and intensifying. And yet despite the spectacular convergence of the wired, tired, and technology, many companies continue to recruit and screen talent like it was still 1970.
