EMU statement regarding letter from U.S. Representatives Walberg and Moolenaar
We received the letter Tuesday from U.S Representatives Moolenaar and Walberg expressing their concerns about our teaching collaborations with Beibu Gulf University and Guangxi University in China. In establishing these articulation agreements, EMU complies with all federal laws including those related to information and technology transfer. We are carefully evaluating the concerns presented and will respond to them in the immediate future.
