YPSILANTI – Eastern Michigan University's MBA program has been named among the nation's Best Part-Time MBA Programs by Fortune in its 2022 ranking, climbing 13 spots in the rankings and being one of two MBA programs in Michigan to be recognized.

This is the second consecutive year Fortune has ranked Eastern's MBA program as one of the best in the nation. Last year the program ranked #67 in the United States, compared to this year at #54. According to Fortune, the MBA programs not only offer top-notch curriculums and access to world-class business school professors but also have a track record of seeing their alumni climb to the top of the Fortune 500 world.

"Whether in companies themselves or the MBA programs that prepare students to lead them, the Fortune designation is a hallmark of the highest excellence in the business world," said Kenneth Lord, dean for EMU's College of Business. "Being one of only two MBA programs in the state of Michigan to earn this distinction, and rising 13 points in the prestigious ranking, is a tribute to Eastern Michigan University's state-of-the-art curriculum, world-class faculty, and top-flight outcomes," he added.

Eastern Michigan’s College of Business, which is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Business Schools (AACSB International),  has obtained a wide range of honors and achievements. EMU's College of Business offers graduate programs appropriate to students at every stage of their careers. Students also enjoy the flexibility of taking classes full-time or part-time, and often online or through a hybrid of online and in-class coursework.
