Now in its 18th year, the project annually names the top 50 undergraduate and the top 50 graduate schools for entrepreneurship studies. EMU ranked No. 49 on the Princeton Review graduate list. In the Midwest, EMU’s entrepreneurship graduate program ranked No. 9. The College of Business entrepreneurship graduate program enables students to gain extensive and in-depth knowledge about entrepreneurial processes and participate in numerous co-curricular activities.

“Our entrepreneurship graduate program's national Princeton ranking proves our commitment to our faculty, the dedication of our students, and the collaborative spirit within the College of Business,” said Sanjib Chowdhury, professor of entrepreneurship and director at EMU’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. “This recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to provide an innovative and applied educational experience that equips students for success in the ever-evolving world of entrepreneurship."

The Princeton Review chose the schools for their 2024 lists based on a survey of administrators conducted during the summer of 2023, including nearly 300 undergraduate and graduate schools offering courses or degrees in entrepreneurship studies. The survey had more than 60 questions and analyzed more than 40 data points.

“From longstanding traditions like Sesi Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference to recent innovations like the Executive Certificate in Entrepreneurship, our College of Business excels in fostering innovation and community engagement,” said Kenneth Lord, dean of EMU’s College of Business. “I couldn't be more proud of our dynamic, innovative faculty and staff whose efforts have catapulted our masters in Entrepreneurship into this elite ranking of the nation's top graduate programs for three successive years.”
